Why everyone is spending their nights (& days) at the BARRE...

Yup. You read it right. We mean b-a-r-r-e. In the words of Zoolander, this way to workout is "so hot right now." So, what is it? Is it yoga? Is a tutu required? Is it only for women? Do we get to drink wine during the workout?
The answer to each of those is NO (of course if you want to wear a tutu, we won't stop you!) Barre is a strength based class that pulls the best parts of yoga, pilates, bootcamp, and ballet to create a mindblowing workout. (We leave every class feeling like big bowls of smiling jello we've worked so hard!)
Pulling from somatic practices, barre exercises build long, lean muscles. Many of the exercises focus on small pulsing movements to tighten, tone, and lift muscles. In a barre class, you will work everything (upper body, core, etc.), but you can't help but get great glutes from regularly adding barre into your workout routine. Another perk: killer core work! Thanks to everything barre pulls from Pilates, you can expect an amazing ab workout from every class!
We can't say enough good things about this class, but it's always best to try it out for yourself! So, what are you waiting for? Call your BFF & get moving, pulsing, & toning!
